[Otelio] Include both Internal Name and Display Name on Items, Sections, and Categories

Bugs
[Otelio] Selection Name doesn't appear when opening the Update Section dialog for the second time
[Otelio] "Delete Item" dialog doesn't appear after creating/updating a item
